Two specialist arms of the Collective — each focused on a distinct dimension of care, united by one vision of whole-person wellbeing across Victoria.
At Badr Wellness Collective, we believe that truly effective support cannot be siloed. Behaviour and wellbeing are deeply interconnected — shaped by environment, relationships, daily routine, and a sense of belonging. Our two practices are designed to work together as one, offering participants and families a seamless, whole-person pathway from specialist behaviour support through to the daily care that makes independence possible.
Our specialist behaviour arm — delivering expert, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support through registered Behaviour Support Practitioners. This practice addresses the foundational question: why does this behaviour occur, and how can we create the conditions for positive change?
Visit the full BSP site ↗Our direct support and wellness arm — delivering the everyday care, community connection, and accommodation support that enables participants to live with dignity, purpose, and growing independence. This is where the Collective's values come to life in daily practice.
Explore Support Services ↓Our specialist behaviour practice is dedicated to understanding the person behind the behaviour — and building the evidence-based plans that create lasting, meaningful change. All services are delivered by registered Behaviour Support Practitioners in accordance with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
All Behaviour Support services are funded through the Improved Daily Living (IDL) category of the participant's NDIS plan, priced in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Guide ↗.
At the heart of the Collective is a simple belief: that genuine wellbeing is not built in a clinic — it is built in everyday moments. In the morning routine. In the trip to the local park. In the quiet dignity of a home that feels truly yours. Badr Support Services exists to make those moments possible — consistently, respectfully, and with the warmth that defines everything the Collective stands for.
Our support workers are not just employees — they are members of the Collective, holding the same values of dignity, partnership, and whole-person care that guide every part of our work. Whether they are supporting a morning routine, accompanying someone to a community event, or providing 24-hour care in a supported home, they bring the full spirit of Badr to every interaction.
Daily living assistance delivered in the comfort of the participant's own home — personal care, meal preparation, household support, medication prompting, morning and evening routines, and overnight care. Familiar, consistent, and built around the participant's own rhythm of life.
NDIS: Assistance with Daily Life — Core SupportsThe Collective believes that belonging is a fundamental human need. We support participants to connect with their communities, build friendships, pursue interests, and access the social, recreational, and cultural activities that bring meaning and joy to everyday life — building genuine inclusion, not just attendance.
NDIS: Social, Economic & Community Participation — Core SupportsSafe, dignified, and reliable transport to appointments, activities, employment, education, and social engagements. Our support workers are familiar faces who understand each participant's communication and support needs — ensuring every journey is calm, comfortable, and purposeful. We also support participants to develop their own transport independence over time.
NDIS: Transport — Core SupportsPlanned or emergency short-term accommodation and full daily support — providing a restorative break for families and carers, and a safe, welcoming experience for participants. The Collective's STA environment reflects our values: warm, structured, and genuinely person-centred. Up to 28 days per year through the NDIS plan.
NDIS: Short Term Accommodation — Core SupportsTransitional accommodation and full support for participants navigating a change in their living situation — whether waiting for long-term housing, transitioning between arrangements, or moving toward greater independence. The Collective provides stability and continuity of care during what can be an unsettling time, ensuring the participant feels held and supported throughout.
NDIS: Medium Term Accommodation — Core SupportsThe Collective's most immersive form of support — ongoing, on-site daily care in shared or individual homes, enabling participants to live as independently as possible while receiving the level of assistance they genuinely need. Our SIL workers are members of the Collective first and foremost, trained in each participant's Behaviour Support Plan, skilled in complex care, and committed to the same whole-person values that define everything we do.
NDIS: Supported Independent Living — Core SupportsThis is why our support workers are trained not just in practical care skills, but in the Collective's approach to dignity, communication, and whole-person wellbeing. And where a participant has a Behaviour Support Plan, our team is directly trained and regularly coached by their BSP — ensuring that the Collective's two practices truly operate as one.
Every service we deliver considers the whole person — not just the task in front of us.
We invest in consistent, trusted relationships that participants and families can genuinely rely on.
Support Services and Behaviour Support operate as one team — seamlessly coordinated around each participant.
Every support decision is made with one eye on the participant's long-term growth and independence.
All Support Services are priced in full accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Guide ↗ (Core Supports category). There are no out-of-pocket costs for eligible NDIS participants. Your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager can confirm your Core Supports funding.
